Sebastian Torres Sagredo
I believe in the value of the intersection between design, architecture and technology.
About myself.
The architectural profession needs to adapt to the challenges of the future, and that needs a new approach. My work involves a relentless search for new tools, techniques and ideas to question the world around me, and propose new ways to adapt architecture to humans; not the other way around.
Projects
Seeds in the Desert
We don't learn from experience, we learn reflecting from it. Seeds in the Desert reflects from Quinta Monroy, the famous project by ELEMENTAL and distills lessons and ideas from it and other references to build a new modular, expandable and affordable housing complex.

Lucco/
Vyperlink
Vyperlink was a project for Lucco SpA, a company specialised in SIP-built prefabricated housing in the south of Chile. It involved the development of a virtual visualisation strategy for Lucco's own designs, using modern web technologies. In this project, I worked on updating the original models and developing the whole archviz strategy, including web design, AR, VR, BIM, print and 3D design.
